I have book the Bus ticket from Goibibo app on 4th may, my travelling date was 6th May 2022 at 6.10pm , boarding at Akkayyapalam- visakapatnam. Bus Number is AP-07-TM-5713, Bus Travel name is Morning star.
Morning star travel was not upto mark , so horrible totally irresponsible, the pickup time was 6.10pm at Akkayyapalam but i waited with my family there for more than 3 hours on road with 9years boy and 38 years female, no intimation regarding delay, no one attending calls, at last they attended my call and said bus in under repair AP-07-TM-5713, go on telling with in 20min we will reach there , after 20min again 40min , same repeated for 3 hours , and at 9.10pm the person said they will arrange vehicle but it’s Non AC bus with seater (no AC bus with sleeper) and there is no other option, if you want to cancel you can cancel and go in any other travel bus we will refund total amount( I spoken on this number +919295039555), and said will cancel because with family I can’t travel in non AC bus and especially seater, and the person said they will refund total fund within 24 hours, there is no number to contact Goibibo, and finally I said ok cancel my ticket (3tickets) and I catched other travel bus at 9.30 pm and reached Hyderabad at 11.30pm (due to morning star bus I and my family suffered a lot).
