4/6/22 City Travel Land AC bus from goibibo MANDI to HARIDWAR Dept time7.20pm. I called on the numbers provided on ticket several times to check the exact status & their customer support told me due to traffic it will get late. Near to 9pm I saw the bus at mandi bus stop and tried to chase the bus but driver and conductor just ignored me and didn’t open the door. I raised the complaint to goibibo as well but no response from their side till the date and they are deleting my messages and posts
