goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I was a big user of goibibo previously. But now they are giving place the worse hotels of India in there website. I went to darjeeling last month. I booked a hotel ’Tower View’. The hotel was on the top where car can’t go. U have to walk 1 km up the hill. The wall was cracked. No window. Dark rooms. The room rate was near about 1100-1200. It was 73% recommended by family travellers . Really unhappy. Breakfast was that poor too. Staff are the worse I ever had.
This is my request to goibibo kindly enroll the hotel at least as the standard.
