Bad experience goibibo

I came to know about goibibo from advertisement on the Internet. So I thought to use it. I had to travel to jaipur. So I booked a hotel from goibibo. There very not many options for me but still I choose an hotel. But due to some reason my trip was cancelled so it was obvious that I cancelled my booking. I open the site but it took me too long to cancel the booking. It is not very user friendly. I was facing problem in cancellation. The refund of my money also took too long. Goibibo did not send the request for refunding my money to the bank. I was annoyed. I also tiered to call the customer service but did not get any satisfaction solutions. The staff behaviour improperly. They kept my call on hold for very long. It took three weeks to get my refund. In that also they only returned 50% of the total amount. I will never recommend this site to anyone.
