I am seriously annoyed by the goibibo customer service. I booked 3 rooms in rink pavilion mussourie on 18th of july.After reaching there I found the hotel not as shown in the pictures provided on the goibibo app. They also rated it as a 4 star property(instead of 3 star as of now) and it is rated as 2star on tripadvisor and cleartrip.The hotel was really pathetic and dirty and not worth staying for that price. After calling their customer care number, the senior representative Mr.Ajay Arora told us to leave the hotel and the full amount will be refunded back in 48 hrs. I arranged my stay in some other hotel.After returning the representative told me that he will only refund 50% of the amount and not the full amount as promised earlier. Since then Iv called them innumerable times but Ajay Arora doesnt come on the call neither do any other representative revert back. Please be on your promises if you claim it verbally.
