I’m writing the review of the one of the travel application that is Goibibo. I think this is a very good app very a fantastic concept. I have been using this app from last one year and it has never let me down. If you are thinking to plan an economical trip then Goibibo is the right place to get it. I have booked a hotel in Nainital via this app and the experience was very good. The rates were genuine and the hotel was same as it was mentioned on the app. The staff were cooperative and the check in and check out process was good enough. I have booked the bus as well and the bus was a luxury one and the fare was pretty affordable.
For first time users you get a gocash of 2000 rs and you can use it for hotel booking, buses, flights. The policy which I liked the most is the referral policy. You can earn enough go cash by referring your friends and you can easily plan a good trip using that go cash. They have got hotels of all the ranges from two star to five star. For upper class customer they have got five star hotels, resorts and luxury buses and flights as well. With goibibo you don’t have wait, every time you login to the app you will get lot of discounts and offers. You can get up to 90% of discounts on hotels. Also you will get cash back from time to time.
One of the thing which all the customer look for is the customer service experience and believe me that they have got a very good customer service team. They are quick and equally helpful. Being a new company Goibibo is doing preety good. One of the thing that I thing can be improved is the cap they have on using Go cash. I think if you are giving this cash to the customer then you should also give them the freedom to use it in their own way.
I think this company have a very good future as the concept is very good and they also cover all the ranges of customers. The biggest add on is that they have the tie up with most of the hotels at all the places in India. The hotel people are very aware of this and if some think goes bad, you can always reach out to the company. I liked the app very much and will give 4.5 star to it.
