Refund taken 9 months and worst online travel agen

My biggest life lesson was purchasing a ticket on the Goibio platform in 2020.


(Taken 9 months for my refund / as a travel agency/mediator no follow-ups with air operator for claims /refunds for there customers/About 100 plus email follow-ups (contactus@goibibo.com) and social media -Facebook, Instagram)


Background:


2020, the return flight is canceled due to airindia’s covid; a refund from goibio is required; however, goibio failed to follow up with airindia to have my hard-earned part-time employment money refunded.


Finally, I made the decision to get in touch with the airindia operator directly to request a refund. They confirmed that they did so on January 10th.


From this point on, the discomfort increased significantly and was followed by this email address (contactus@goibibo.com).


They never responded to nearly 50 plus follow-up emails, so I started looking for them on social media.


On October 28 2022, I finally received my reimbursement after more than 100 follow-ups; it had took me 9 months to find my hard-earned money.


It broke my heart to receive my money from that Goibio and they treated the refund procedure like pure hell.


If an atheist responds, it might be advantageous for your money to be refunded on this day.


Never but the tickets from this goibio , once cash is gone then its very difficult to get money back from them.
