goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
The prices of various buses and flights is very competitive with other websites, in addition there are promotional offers and discounts on this site.
But my personal experience was not that good.
I was booking bus ticket from pune to nagpur, and only a few tickets were remaining so I selected a seat and went ahead to payment, but due to unexpected error, my ticket got cancelled, but the seat which I selected was locked and when I tried with other seat the same thing happened. Because. of this I had to purchase a costlier ticket from some local traveller.
Even though I like this website but still it needs improvement, as similar issues were faced by my friends also.
