I have booked a hotel in Pay at HOtel offer(screen attached) .
According to the scheme I was supposed to pay at the hotel at the time of check-in, but the company shared my card details with the hotel and whole money was deducted in advance.
When asked about this GOIBIBO refused to accept their’PAY at HOTEL’ offer.
They even dont bother to inform you prior or or after deducting money from credit card.
Morever no invoice is provided for deucted ammount.
