Today I want to share this review about Goibibo.
I’m using this app for since 3 days initially. I had trust a lot about service but this app has wrong information. Let me prove it, when I went to Trichy, tamilnadu for business visit. I planned to book room for a night.
I decided to book via Goibibo. I found lots of room near my location the area name is Thillainagar. I planned to book room in hotel sona’s initially it showed that cost is Rs 850. I had never go till payment option. Then I planned my budget and informed to my boss about hotel cost . Then, I started booking process ( next step) it showed Rs 1134.
That moment I realized that price is displayed wrongly. Then I clicked next step that time showed rs. 1289 . I already have 150 in my wallet that also deducted and final amount showed rs. 1289.
