I generally do not like booking my tickets through travel websites. I always prefer the official airlines’ site. But as we all go for discounts, I gave GOIBIBO a try. There were absolutely no problems on the tickets I booked and travelled.Only once, for two tickets I booked, the amount was debited from my acccont but the transactions failed and I I did not get a PNR.I called up their customer service. A very nice Farhan answered my call. understood my problem. apologized for the inconvenience and said he will confirm my ticket with the airlines once the airline’s site’s up and give me a call back.This is at 4:30 am IST.Though I was a little bit flustered, I called it a day and slept through the followup call that the agent gave me at 06:30 AM. At 7:15 AM I woke up, returned their call and to my pleasant surprise, Farhan again confirmed both my tickets within ten minutes.I was so relieved and I am bound to believe that GOIBIBO indeed is providing a very good service and I’d definitely book my tickets with them again.I do not know about the negative comments . but this worked for me.
