Don’t wanna give even a single star. Can’t even cancel my ticket online, no web support. Sucks at customer service Hopeless information system and processes. They keep you on hold forever and you get frustrated. And usually booking on the airlines websites works cheaper.
When you ask for the supervisor they just hung up or keep you waiting forever. They can steal your Go Cash anytime n put the blame on the customer itself. My money is stuck with this company. The app sucks to the core too.
