I have asked for rescheduling of hotels booked through Goibibo. Its been 5 days now. I am calling them everyday and getting the same responses that by ’tomorrow EOD you will have your confirmed booking’. My entire holiday plan depends on the availability of hotel for the said days. I cannot go for air ticket bookings, nor can I book local tour operators till my hotel get confirmed.
Feeling that the customer are not cared for by the website. I wanted a peaceful stress free holiday but the even the planning has become so painful.
If you are ever booking with this website just hope that you might never have to call them again otherwise you are just screwed! Pathetic customer service after sale!
