Coupon not applied and hence no benifit given

I booked tickets from goibibo and applied easycab coupon as they have mentioned to get free transport or benefit worth 500. I applied and system validated it and then I booked. But I didn’t get benefit and I called customer care.They told me to wait for 24 hours and I will receive mail of the same. But I didn’t receive any mail and hence generated mail ticket.


After some time, they told I didn’t apply code and hence I shown then the screenshot I saved. Next day they told I must have applied but by mistake I might have applied it twice and got already used alert and their system didn’t get it so I cant get benefit..


Friends, I know what I have done and I do online shopping regularly. I didn’t apply it the second time and never got alert of already used.. but they are not ready to give its benefit..


I will suggest not to go for this site in future as they have not proper system and no one will help you from customer care.
