My family and I booked a hotel through Goibibo. When we arrived it was absolutely nothing like the advertisement. When I got home I complained to Goibibo and informed them the information they had was incorrect and asked for a refund.I received an e mail back saying they would look into the complaint and that they would get back to me within 48 hours. 3 weeks later and endless e mails for an update I still have not heard from them.Also when I e mailed them from my UK e mail address I had no reply, it was only when I used my Indian one that I got a response?! Won’t be using this site again!
