We are 7 passengers travelling from Pune to GOA we booked Bus Ticket from IBIBO.com on 14 march and bus is KSB Travels. Booking id GOBUS72a331393145716 and GOBUSdb4eb1393151813 .But at the time of boarding the bus owner refuses to receive us. As he said fair is increased now we can’t allow you at old price so we cancelled your ticket. Call IBIBO for your trouble. But IBIBO had not receive our call at that time. now when they receive they telling us that four of you people traveled on bus hence we will return only 3 people’s money.
I complaint to the consumer court also but still waiting for their response. Friends please go for other site and if u have any query please call me.
