I had done a booking for Castle House, Calangute, Goa and was booked for Castle House, Palolem, Goa. I spoke with customer service Mr PARAS.he took complete ownersip of this issue.and resolved it within less than 24 hrs.he updated me with a call back and updated vocher email for the confirmed booking of my desired hotel. Paras is very quick and efficient employee.I truly appreciate his quick customer service and complete resolution. He is truly an asset with GOIBIBO.
