A few months back I had booked an Ac executive rooms in kamat yatrinivas Bangalore for my family of 4 people. I had heard that goibibo gives the best discounts on hotel rooms everywhere, thats why Opted to
book from this site. the room tariff including tax was 4235 rupees. but I got a 835 rupees discount from when I booked. I thought that was it, but when I checked into the hotel in bangalore with my family the manager said I had got only 235 rupees as discount in my voucher. I was really pissed at the time, even my parents told the manager that at the time we booked it showed 835 rupees as discount. I decided to call goibibo to clarify, and the person at the receiving end said that there might have Been a slight error from their end. I yelled at him, tired from the long travel. the discussion continued for 5 mins then he talked to manager of kamat yatri bangalore and told him to give 835 rupees the original amount as discount. and the problem resolved, but still me and my family were bit unhappy with the situation that occured. they should resolve their technical problems as quick as possible. and more importantly should alert the customers that there has been a mistake from their end so we can talk out of it or resolve. So this was my first experience from booking on goibibo.com
