Bad App for Hotel booking

We booked Hotel on 28-05-19 at noida thought goibibo at 7.30pm and we paid full amount online but we we came to Hotel they said that some p is pending from goibibo, Hotel reception did not allow to checkin and they said that us to talk to goibibo's customer care, we make them call 3 times is even gonna go but they did not resolve our problem now we had to pay extra money to this hotel. We neither book hotel from goibibo and nor came this hotel where no one understand customer. This was a technical problem with goibibo and hotel but customer have to suffer.
