goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Do not expect any support or refund

I had prepaid and reserved 4 nights stay through goibibo. Since I could not show up in the first two days due to an emergency.

I showed up at the hotel on the third day. In the middle of the night I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled.

Without informing me or asking me they had cancelled my reservation and robbed me of my money. Goibibo to whom I had paid denied all refunds and repeatedly kept stating "it’s a hotel policy and you should have called in advance.

Am I the customer or the hotel? Shouldn’t they at least confirm from me before cancelling my prepaid reservation? Goibibo did not have any reply to this and they did not even offer any apology or refund.
