goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have cancelled my booking, but EMI still ON from Bank. Goibibo didnt inform me my EMI is still ON with Bank. Again contacted SC Customer care they closed EMI with 3% preclosing charges. Now I need to pay more than extra 500 to Bank. Goibibo saying thats not their fault. Its customer fault, how do customer know EMI is still ON when cancelling the booking?
