I booked a bus. They have canceled it and simply refunded it on the final spot. Now I can’t opt for a train as well. Their site allows to write a review if you ever had a hotel or flight booking. They are a 3rd party to everyone so why are they not open to know what’s wrong on areas other than Hotel and Flights. The bus which cancels the booking bcz it didn’t fill by the final time is again on the list for tomorrow. And it is on the list everyday. Goibibo is not even bothered to remove that irresponsible 3rd party. This is where the basic intelligence is missing.
