* there customer care number is charged . Even the number that look tool free is not toll free, be ready to pay around Rs.500 in mobile bill if you want to call their call centre. Not only headache, unprofessional service, you have to waste your time ans money, even in getting the useless information.* I want to reschedule my ticket, after 3-4 efforts of 20 mins each. I got rescheduled charge 2300 Rs. Just when, I was making payment, link disappeared .I called again, and guess now the charges 4700 Rs. when I asked the clarification he told me to put my call on hold for around till 30 mins till it got disconnected. [He told, if your flight is stopping in between or if there is a connecting flight you have to pay twice the charge]Apart from this illogical reasoning [if the flight stops at two places, I guess they would charge reschedule fee of 6900 Rs]. What surprises me that, if they it is not tool free number, they can not put us on hold, or make their advertisement listen. Ill sure go to consumer forum. It is much better to book, tick direct from the airlines website . Rather than been extorted by these agents.
