I had booked international flights with them during the Convid-19 outbreak. They refused to help and disconnected the phone on me stating to contact the airlines. My argument was that I did not buy the tickets from the airlines but from them. They were super rude and did not help. Now I have 8 international tickets and no one is there to help. Goibibo is such a cheap company. they cheated me, never trust them again. the person who created 31493144 hung the phone .
