Goibibo IS A FRAUD SITE .DONOT INSTALL IT.DONOT RELY IN THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THIS SITE.It makes fool of innocent people by SHOWING FAKE PICTURES and FAKE RATING .I booked a package after seeing goody goody pictures on the goibibo site and reading gibibo 4.5 rating and information of 4 star hotel(the sapphire comfort, goa)but when reached the the scenario was opposite.there were street dogs inside hotel premises, broken furniture, dampness on walls of room. hotel full of mosquitoes starting from lobby to the room and Ac was also not in working condition and there was no manager to listen about the problem.Even Goibibo’s’customer care executive refused to help us and I had to roam 2 at night for finding a new hotel on my own expenses and our money is also not been refunded even after giving all the evidence pictures of hotel.its been more than a week we are listening to this excuse that we are investigating and need time but they are not refunding the money.
