I have use this site for booking a hotels rooms. Its very bad service by goibibi.com. Once the money paid. they are not at all helpful. I have many time contact costumer services but they are not responding my calls. Now they are even responding from management office too. Worst experience on there GoStay hotel. The website got hung and booked me wrong after talking to the stupid robotic executive. I will rate only 1 star for this website. I have never had a worse experience with travel as, I’ve encountered with this travel agency.
