goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I booked a bus ticket for 4 passengers through Goibibo, where Punchiry Travels & Holidays clearly mentioned an AC car/van for pick-up.However, we were provided a non-AC vehicle in extremely poor condition, making the journey unbearable—like traveling "like street dogs."
To make matters worse, Goibibo overcharged us by ₹900 per passenger compared to the actual fare shown on Punchiry Travels’ own platform. Despite multiple attempts to contact Goibibo’s customer support, no one responded to our complaints.
This was a complete waste of money and a horrible travel experience. False advertising, overcharging, and zero customer support—I will never book with Punchiry Travels or Goibibo again.
Avoid at all costs!
