It was 16th August 2018 when I visit Amritsar with my 2 friends Nitesh & Rahul, it was unplaned trip we just packed our bages and went to railway station, on the way to amritsar I just check hotels online, after checking 30 mints I found a good hotel near at amritsar gurudwara, I saw few pics and I like the room in pictures, its price was approx 1100 per night for 3 person, I booked it for 2 night I paid the amount with free breakfast, when we reached the amritsar I just search the hotel location it was not as per map provided on the goibibo website, after searching of 25 mint I reached the hotel and contact the reception for check in with my friends, i was shocked when they show my room it was totally diffrent from the picture what they uploaded on the website, I went to the reception and told then that it was not that room which I booked they totally denied and said that sorry sir we have just this room, some how I have to manage it with that room, in the morning when we all ready for the visit the gurudwara and waiting for the breakfast, after 9 am when no one is coming, I just call reception and tell them that we are waiting for breakfast but no one is coming, they said that sir sorry our cook went on leave today we did not have any option for breakfast before 12, we will provide you free lunch, we just moved for our visit and had breakfast at other restaurant, after 2 night we check out and filled the feedback form with bad remarks, So please friends please confirm once before booking in any hotel.
