Running for the last 25 days to get my full refund. The way they have made the process so complicated(in partnership with the airlines) for getting any full refund is mind blowing. Someone sitting out there must have invested some good amount of their time just to ensure that passengers don’t come for full refund from next time ever.
But the outcome is passengers are not going to come to book through their travel portal ever again.
