I have reached out to the customer care, supervisor, senior supervisor and the manager from customer care who are unable to resolve it and keep on asking for 24hrs more with a commitment to callback but never received a single callback. Now I will receive the same old shitty reply for the inconvenience and contact the customer care again and waste 2 more hrs on phone. STAY AWAY!
