I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable experience I had with Vetri Travels, booked through your platform. The bus pick-up was scheduled for 1:15 AM, but it was delayed without any prior notification via call or message.
Despite multiple calls to Vetri Travels’ office to explain my urgent situation, they only responded casually with a message stating the pick-up time was rescheduled to 6:15 AM. This rescheduling, without arranging an alternative, was completely unreasonable, as I had a flight to Muscat with Air India, scheduled to depart at 8:40 AM.
Due to their negligence and lack of professionalism, I missed my flight, resulting in significant inconvenience and financial loss. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly urge Goibibo to take strict action and remove Vetri Travels from your platform to prevent other customers from facing similar issues.
I request you to investigate this matter urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest. I look forward to your prompt response.
