I recently ordered frames from LensKart.com and they were(sadly) shipped using’pathetic’ courier service’GoJavas’. I have faced issues with them before as well. I was at home whole day waiting for the courier boy to show up as I got message from both LensKart and GoJavas that delivery would be done today itself.
I waited till 6 PM, then checked the tracking details. It shockingly said’Delivery Attempted but Failed’ and on checking the real time tracking, it showed that the courier boy never even came under 5 KM radius near my house, then how can he attempt a delivery. Called up GoJavas, they said, customer asked to deliver on some other random day. SERIOUSLY? I’m the customer and I never made such request, the courier person himself made the decision to deliver some other day.
On asking them to connect them to their manager, they bluntly said, ’Not Possible’. What kind of company does that? I have emailed LensKart, Jabong and PepperFry not to use their stupid service and kill their earned names.
I won’t buy from them, unless they have you as their partner.
