I previously shopped at paytm and snapdeal and to fulfill the delivery process they selected GoJavas. I didn’t liked the company’s service .
Their service is somewhat late as compared by services of other companies and worst thing is that they send delivery details to their partner companies( like paytm, snapdeal, etc) very late due to which we have to wait for our product to show delivered status and which really irritates because it ofcourse affects the return process. Also their tracking system is not much good and is not informative. However their are some good aspects of this company too they ask for ID proof before handling it to you to ensure secure delivery.
I would recommend companies like paytm and snapdeal to choose better and faster courier company service.
