I bought two products through 2 different online portals who route their shipping through gojavas.In both the cases, gojavas has delayed the shipment by atleast 1 day and their business team gives some stupid excuse and amazingly sweet lip service. They still ended up not delivering both the products on the revised dates.
I sincerely urge online shopping portals to find a better and a more responsible currier service that will handle their shipments in a better way and will provide prompt delivery to customers. Else, the shopping portals will soon find their customers going away
