I am going to write this review on my personal experience of visiting gold cinemas.
There are many glitches such as
The ticket window is very narrow and has absolutely no enough space. And it gets crowded very often. Conflicts occur very frequently due to insufficient space.
Secondly , the auditoriums are scattered
It is very difficult to search and head towards the stairs. At times, even lifts becomes disable
So one has to climb stairs for 3 floors. Which is very annoying.
And once you reach to the cinemas. The bags or essential stuff has to be kept outside which is a big risk as they do not give a coin or our bags rack number ticket.
When you enter the auditorium the seats are all very confining and uncomfortable.
Theatres are very small having several issues
Such as I was just sitting with my legs on the carpet and suddenly during the interval I saw a rat jumping over my foot and it went ahead. Which is very scary. Cleanliness is not at all maintained.
Staff is very lethargic. And gives very rude reply.
Along with the bad services the screen display is also bad.
Screens are very small and sound is very loud .
Leg space given is very conjesting.
On top of that, very low quality of snacks is being served .
I ordered chocolate milkshake and the milk was smelling badly.
Even when I ordered samosas the potatoes weren’t fresh for consumption.
Ticket prices are too high.
There are no Complaint box in which the customer can express their views.
I do not recommend this cinema to anyone
Go on your own risk
