Hello m sohail khan here I want to give u a best suggestion about gold gym.when I was 19 year old .i feel ao week becz I have alots of fats on my body.i cant do anything for this
.my friend told me that why u dont want to join a gym then I was thnking about gyming.nd then I was go to join a gold gym I saw the trainners they help me out a very well and also the equipment of the gold gym is awsome so I want u also join the gold gym thank you.
