Their reception staff is very greedy. My father called at reception to know the substitute of a medicine written by Dr Varun Aggarwal around 6 months ago; the reception told that we will have to come to hospital even for such a petty thing. When my father told that he is currently in Delhi and he is unable to find the cream there and hence just needs the name of substitute, the reception staff asked to take online appointment first and pay the fees saying that "you visited 6 months ago, you need to pay the fees first and take appointment". This is very disappointing. This shows that they have no human values and and all they care about is business. Someone make them understand that even businesses run on Ethics and values. Now, for the sake of one time fees they have lost so many future referrals and fees.
