I have joined Gold Gym, which is located in Chembur since 1.5 Years. It is 3 km away from my office so I used to have 1 hour of exercise per day after working Hours. Gold Gym offers many services like Free weight training, fitness programs, all cardio and many more health related programmes.
As I took general fitness programme which includes overall cardio exercise and routine exercise. 1 trainer is there for me who guides me about duration of exercise, diet plans and other tips, which are important to keep your body feet. Satisfactory service with great consultation by trainer. In addition, it is unisex so I advised to my sister also to join. They are having good locker facilities to keep luggage. What I like the most is music tracks while doing exercises. Good crowd so no other issues with people.
As far as fees are concerned, I would say it is worth spending. They take payment via plastic money as well as by cash so easy to paid. Good experience at Gold Gym.
