The gym promised the entire all-inclusive yearly package in some amount but welcome kit was denied later stating it is given to only old members. This was not clarified earlier at the time of marketing talks.
Like Old is Gold. This welcome kit only for old members a very silly and cheap policy, if it exists. Why would the old members need it when they were already given welcome kits when they joined? It should be paid for them and as a token of new member appreciation and welcoming, should be given to new members with some respect.

Overall Gold Gym has lost its charm due to the cost-cutting and sub-standard staff who are not courteous and do not live up to their commitments.
