As I am working in gurgaon from the last two year and I am fitbess freak I really don’t care about the price that is the membership fees, I hardly get the time at home to go out and to do the workout.So just one day I was trying to google in my office and found that golds gym is near my office that is few kelometers so I think first and joined it in couple of days.Now here is the thing that you all are waiting.
Trainers are good but they don’t know how to politely talk with anyone, their mechines ard good like any branchs of golds in delhi their staff is nice.They keep gheir Gym upto date with their new mechines. As I hit the gym late in the night around 10 pm I hardly see any female their, once I got into early but only few females found their workingout.The inside atmosphere was nice and cool but as yiu switch to outside you want to go inside again witout having any thought. As I got corporate discout their so I got thr membership under 20K, ie is good for money.Now i’m working out in delhi dwarka again in golds this gym is far better than gurgaon. Overall it’not bad experience for me in furgaon if I not compare it with Dwaraka sec-7
