I’ve been working out at gold’s gym mumbai fr six months now. Though the ambience an d equipment is great, the trainers are the most hopeless I’ve ever seen in any gym, They absolutely will NOT help you unless you take personal training.
Even if you get after them they make you feel like they’re doing you a huge favour. Seriously feel that they should ALL be turned out and replaced by a newer lot as the older trainers make it point to forbid even the new trainers from giving any kind of attention. Any trainers you speak with starts to try and sell you personal training, which is a huge turn off. I think the standard of golds is detoriating by the day.other gyms like nautilus are not as expensive and give much more value for money. I doubt if I would be renewing my membership, i’d rather pay a little extra and join a fitness first or something, which has at least bothered to employ good trainers.
