Interesting concept of selling vada pavs. Frankly I like a vendor from the north to serve me vada pav on his wagon. No offense, but their vada tastes dry sometimes and so does the pav when they serve it cold. I do not like their saboodana vada either,
It’s a little hard and lacks flavour. What is good are the cheese fingers.
