As you all know that I like writing about movies, so this time i am writing down the review about the latest flick and the sequel of Golmaal - GOLMAAL RETURNS.
As the audience was eagerly waiting for this movie to be released and had a lot of expectations, but let me tell you that this movie is not upto the mark. Everyone was trying to act but no one could succeed. Golmaal Returns is an effort to senseless comedy and PJ’s. There were hardly few scenes which give you rib tickling comedy. Tusshar Kapoor and Shreyas Talpade were at their best. There was no justice given to Arshad Warsi’s role and Ajay Devgan was quite good with his timing. Kareena made a fool out of herself as well as Amrita Arora and Celina Jaitley had no importance. Vrijesh Hirjee was the one who should be given 10 on 10 for his outstanding performance but he was hardly there in the movie. I really missed Sharman Joshi out of this movie.
Golmaal had given me a lot of expectations which encouraged me to watch this movie but I came out of the cinema hall frustrated. The First half of the movie is ok but the second half is filled up with sick and pathetic jokes. I am sure that if they make the third one, then people should not expect anything out of it. The second half made me guess all the time. BHAI...YEH KYA CHAL RAHA HAI !!!!! I am sure that Rohit Shetty is no more capable of making good movies and should give a second thought before making such films. I would not like to discuss the story of this film as it has already been done in the earlier review. It was good to see that there were hardly any songs in the movie which did not make the film lengthy..
It can definitely be a one time watch if you leave your brains outside the Cinema hall and go for it... But rather than wasting money on it, you could definitely watch this on DVD.
