Gomechanic claims to offer top notch car service in their workshop/s, however reality is far far different.
They took my car for service, I’ve taken booked add on for ac service & scanning, and they provided me report that everything is good and charged my hefty amount for this.
However, when issue came and I visited them(I made a mistake of availing pick and drop service earlier, thus wasn’t aware of reality during the first time), it turned out to be shop(attached pic for proof). On top of it I was lied that my car will be sent to proper workshop in Okhla but it was sent to this shop in Jangpura.
Now my car which was only serviced at workshop and I tried availing GoMechanic’s service for the time turned out to be a disaster.
I would not recommend goMechanic to anyone.
Just to tell you about me, I usually don’t write such reviews and always tip drivers during their visit, and I seek no fun in simply writing this bad review. Only reason is to prevent others from fake service offered by them.
