I gave my car for full body paint. They picked my car from home and promised delivery in 10 days. Even on 12th day I didn’t get the car back. On complaining I found, the representative busy giving me excuses and not ready to deliver the car anytime in next 2 days. Finally when I got my car back incomplete on 13th day without polishing, I found the fuel gauge went 2 bars down. On complaining they just credited 500 on Go Mechanic wallet which can be only used 50% at once.
At current scenario where petrol price is at peak they are giving 500 as credit as if we are beggars. I spent 22000 for the service not to get 500.
I have both before and after delivery pictures of fuel gauge. Even the boy who picked my car agreed to it.
I would never even recommend anyone to go for Go Mechanic.
These people even don’t treat every customer equally. I’m not even very satisfied with the resolution of my service buddy Dipankar. He always gives excuses and don’t deliver his promises.
