Extremely disappointed with the service. My car was with them for 13 days, even though I was initially promised delivery in 8 days. The delays were frustrating, but whats worse is the poor quality of work.
On the 10th day, I personally visited the workshop and noticed 2-3 spots where rust hadnt been removed. I was told to wait another day. Then, the next day, I received a call saying the car was damaged again during washing, causing another 2-day delay.
When I finally received the car on the 13th day, I was shocked to see the same rust issues were just covered up, not properly treated. The rusting was hidden inside the rear door panel, which is a clear workaround and not a fix.
Even worse, the paint quality is extremely poorthere are visible scratches, swirl marks, and the denting on the hood is still uneven. It doesn’t even look like the car has been freshly painted.
Please dont be misled by the 5-star ratings. I trusted those and now regret my decision. This was a complete waste of time, money, and trust.
Update: After leaving this feedback, I got a call from Mohit, who acknowledged the issues and sent Javed the next day to inspect the car. I pointed out over 10 spots with rust and paint problems. I was hesitant to give my car back again, but Javed insisted, saying, If we have done this, we will fix it, and asked for 2 days. I agreed to hand over the car on Wednesday, but no one called meI had to follow up myself. Around 4 PM, they finally sent a driver. I again highlighted all the same issues.
Despite being promised 2 days, I got my car back only on Monday, 16th Junethe 6th day. On inspection, the hood still had bubbles, and door panels were not fitted properly. The quality was still unacceptable. I was even asked to change my review, which I declined because people deserve to know the truth.
After 18+ days and ₹30;, 000, I now feel awful for what my car went through. This whole experience wasted my time, money, and patience. I still do not recommend this place. Unless you have extra time, money, and zero expectations, you’re better off going to the showroom for peace of mind and quality work.
