In general I use online shopping a lot. In good faith and seeing other reviews I went and ordered a product from their site. The information said that it will be shipped in 3 business days. After no communications in 4 days I called their customer support. The gentlemen said that he will follow-up and get the order shipped in couple of hours. After no communication, I called again in the evening to follow-up.
To my surprise, they said that the product I ordered is broken and hence they cannot ship it but will refund my money or gift certificate. I told them that it is very disappointing and told them to refund my money. The person on from customer support said that it will take 7 to 10 days to refund my money and he will start the process. Now I completely lost their trust and hoping if ever I would get my money back. I will call my credit card company and will contest their transaction tomorrow. My 2 cents is that please beware of this website before you place any orders.
I will update back again if I received my refund.
