If you already own a smart tv or a tv with android availability , you don’t need this thing. Google chromecast is meant for people who need to broadcast the video running on phones, pc, laptops or tablets. It is just like screen mirroring.
Moreover, if you have a screen mirroring app on your device you don’t need to spend 3k on this small piece. Samsung phones are ideal for screen mirroring and it is good .
However if you don’t own an android tv or a device with screen mirroring, you can go for it and spend 3k.
I wouldn’t recommend it though!
