To be honest, when I started using google pay, at the time it was called tez, I really liked it as it was very easy to use and they also provided scratch cards for transferring money using their app.
The reason why I hate it now, is mainly because the quality of their service has heavily dropped. Nowadays, whenever I try to send money I always get some error messages. On top of that, their customer support system is very poor and is very difficult to get in touch with whenever a transaction goes wrong. The main thing that attracted many people to google pay was their scratch cards which used to be good initially but now it’s good for nothing as it the result would be always "better luck next time".
So in its current condition I wouldn’t recommend google pay to anyone as it doesn’t have the standard it used to have and also there are similar apps available which far better than this.
