Yes the android play store is not as good as the ios because it lacks some features like touch id and the apple pay and even we cannot get the updates as that of the ios where we get it.
And even the android apps are little bit costlier to ios apps and if not you could get from apkmania or the some other sites for free for the paid apps in android but if you need a lot of customisation you just go for the android only.
